Through the clouds and wind, is an unmatched strength.

“Lord Kirates…” Dog 16, whose life signs were being maintained in the rescue pod after being dragged in by the pirates, had already lost sight in one eye. With his remaining eye, he looked up at the dragon in the sky and struggled to utter the name in his heart before fainting.

He was relieved, knowing they were safe now.

“Kirates!” The voice of the lizard, also crammed into a healing pod, was filled with hatred. His golden slit pupils were fixed on the dragon. The existence of the Atavists and the pain of his half-life were all because of Kirates, Kirates!

The healing pod’s smart system detected a spike in his heart rate and blood pressure and immediately injected a sedative. The lizard struggled for a while before falling into a deep sleep.

“Kirates?” The pirates, including Lind, were both shocked and overjoyed. They were glad there was time to rescue the Atavists, but they were shocked by the aftermath of years of being robbed. Not long ago, when the dragon was still black, they had watched helplessly as Kirates emptied their treasury, stealing their space network equipment and five technicians.

“Kirates!” Laurie thought greedily, “Hahaha! This physique is truly that of a young dragon, and a rare golden one at that. Such grace is truly beautiful. Can humans also possess such mighty power?”

“Kirates!” The people at the underground arena showed the same greedy expression.

Different people had different thoughts, but Feng Lianzhu was the first to meet his spiritual partner face-to-face. The last time they met was in a shared consciousness, which didn’t count as a true meeting. This time was their official encounter.

“Pang,” Feng Lianzhu, who had landed on the giant dragon, pressed his palm against the somewhat cold golden scales and whispered, “Thank you.”

“Roar!!! Who to hit?” A large golden scale stood up, protecting Feng Lianzhu within. Pang Kirates asked with a roar.

“The underground arena,” Feng Lianzhu pointed at the spaceship on the ground. “The Atavists have been moved. Hit them, hit them hard! Oh, and try to leave some alive, don’t let them destroy the planet.”

“What a hassle, roar~” The chubby golden dragon’s blue eyes showed displeasure.

But he didn’t want his planet to be destroyed either. He swooped down, his mountain-sized dragon wings lightly flapping. The spaceship transporting the Atavists was tossed into the air.

With a small motion of his comparatively tiny forepaws, he flicked the spaceship gently, destroying the antimatter weapon that was being charged for launch.

Then, stretching his long neck, he balanced the spaceship on his head and, with a gentle nudge, sent it piercing through the atmosphere with immense force!

The chubby dragon followed the spaceship for a while. As the spaceship broke through the atmosphere, he kicked it with his powerful hind legs, sending it crashing back to the planet.

Everyone: “……”

Was this Kirates dragon treating the spaceship like a ball in a game?

The spaceship’s heat dissipation material on its surface had been exhausted when it exited the atmosphere, and as it fell, the friction generated heat began to melt the ship’s hull, turning it into a giant fireball. As the fireball was about to hit the base, the chubby dragon swept another wing across, and its golden scaled wing tossed the spaceship into the sea on the other side of the planet.

Plunging into the sea, it retrieved a lump of metal, unrecognizable in its original form, and dropped it in front of the fleet that had narrowly escaped from the spaceship at the underground arena, uncertain if anyone inside the spaceship was still alive.

“Retreat, retreat!!” bellowed the commander of the warship, “Cover with the left wing, while the right wing squadron and the command ship break away from this planet.”

Knowing that covering meant certain death, the left-wing squadron still took off, buzzing around Kirates like flies, hoping his enormous body would be less agile and they could delay him for a while.

Meanwhile, another dozen warships took off, attempting to escape while the chubby dragon was distracted by the flying squadron. At this moment, Feng Lianzhu, seated on the dragon’s back, said, “Leave it to me.”

Hundreds of black hairs fell, and countless black scaled arrows split into two groups: one targeting the flies and the other intercepting the fleeing squadron.

With Kirates sharing the power of the dragon without reservation, Feng Lianzhu’s arrows were incredibly accurate. The ten warships on the left were instantly shot down, and the ten on the right, desperately protecting the command ship, were also all brought down.

Only the command ship continued its desperate escape, only to be caught by a small golden claw.

The command ship fired frantically, but the golden scales remained unscathed.

Kirates lowered his head, peering at the struggling warship with an eye larger than the ship itself. Seeing the gigantic eye, the crew inside the command ship completely collapsed and pressed the surrender button, raising a white flag.

From the golden dragon’s appearance in the sky to the surrender of the command ship at the underground arena, it took three minutes, two of which the chubby dragon spent playing ball (with the spaceship) and one minute swatting flies.

The Imperial Army and the space pirates?

Their only task was to protect themselves and avoid being affected by the battle.

In the face of absolute power, all schemes and tricks were mere jests.

Laurie watched the sky in disbelief. Such formidable combat power from a young dragon? Could a young dragon be this powerful? According to the secret history of the Empire from over seventeen hundred years ago, the Kirates young dragon captured by humans was worlds apart from the one before him!

Could the entire might of the Imperial Army truly capture this dragon?

Laurie, a schemer, always prided himself on his strategic abilities. But now, under the might that could shake the cosmos, he hesitated.

He couldn’t do it; he couldn’t defeat this dragon. Not the Imperial Army, not the Alliance.

“Roar!!!”

After the battle, the golden Kirates let out a long howl in the sky. As it roared, the night gradually faded away, revealing the first rays of sunlight on the horizon.

Everyone fell silent at this sight, whether they were amazed or fearful. They looked up to admire this beautiful scene, which they might never see again in their lifetime. The sun draped the golden dragon in a layer of rosy light, making the primeval planet teem with life and vitality.

Through the system translation, Feng Lianzhu heard, “It ended in just three minutes, not fun at all, boring roar~”

Feng Lianzhu: “โ€ฆ”

As Kirates wriggled its body in the sky, Feng Lianzhu saw that the imposing aura they had just built was about to be ruined by the wriggling childish dragon. He patted the chubby dragon’s body to stop it from twisting and asked the system, “How long can the chubby dragon stay here?”

Chubby dragon? Who is that referring to? The tip of the enormous Kirates’s tail flicked twice.

ใ€Summoning deducts corresponding points based on time and required energy. Currently, 1000 points have been consumed.ใ€‘

1000 points! Feng Lianzhu, who was not well-off, was shocked by the rapid consumption rate.

ใ€The larger the size, the more energy required, and the faster the points are consumed. If it turns into a few centimeters in size, it only needs 1 point per day.ใ€‘

“Shrink.” Feng Lianzhu patted the chubby dragon.

“Roar!” The chubby dragon was unwilling. Who are you calling chubby?

“You’re too expensive to maintain. We need to conserve our strength; we’re really poor!” Feng Lianzhu said.

Especially after hearing from the system that the chubby dragon had borrowed another ten thousand points to bring back the golden scales armor and packages from the game.

Feng Lianzhu, who worked hard to make ends meet and risked his life for a few million by fighting in underground arenas against powerful enemies, sadly felt that they might never be able to repay this debt.

Except for being particularly stingy with gold coins, the chubby dragon was very generous with everything else, making Feng Lianzhu, who was concerned about the points, tear up. Even though the chubby dragon said he would bear the summoning points for this period, Feng Lianzhu was still heartbroken.

While they were discussing, another 500 points were deducted. It was too expensive, and Feng Lianzhu felt heartbroken.

“Let’s do this,” Feng Lianzhu negotiated with the chubby dragon, “The underground arena must have a lot of gold coin reserves. You shrink down, and I’ll get some gold coins from them. How about that?”

“Roar roar~” The chubby dragon was satisfied at the mention of gold coins. It radiated dazzling light all over, blinding everyone around.

Under the cover of the intense light, the enormous Kirates quickly shrank, while Feng Lianzhu swiftly donned the skin of the golden-winged roc and put on a golden robe.

After the chubby dragon defeated the roc, Feng Lianzhu had received a system reward, which now came in handy to match the chubby dragon’s color and impersonate it.

After the blinding light faded, a figure in golden attire, with a small golden pouch at the waist, slowly descended. Even Laurie began to doubt, wondering if Feng Lianzhu was indeed the Kirates dragon.

Only the all-knowing Dolphin 66, shaking its large head, couldn’t fathom it. Hadn’t Lord Feng already admitted he wasn’t Kirates? What was happening now seemed too real.

The people from the underground arena had emerged from the battleship, bearing significant injuries. Supporting each other, they stood together as Feng Lianzhu commanded from above, “Kneel.”

Accepting their defeat, they knelt down.

The interstellar pirates looked at Feng Lianzhu with awe and admiration but dared not approach. The battle they had just witnessed was terrifyingly intense, making it hard for anyone to come close.

Laurie also disembarked from the battleship, standing emotionlessly before Feng Lianzhu.

He knew he had lost. The moment he risked firing the first shot and provoked the underground arena, he was prepared to face the consequences. He had gambled that Kirates would intervene to protect the planet’s safety, even at the risk of severe injury.

Laurie hadn’t anticipated Kirates’s strength to be so formidable that the arena’s battleship stood no chance. He had lost, and he was ready to accept it.

Feng Lianzhu pointed at the people from the underground arena and said to Laurie, “As agreed, they are yours now. I’ve known your intentions all along. This is your last chance. I want the underground arena’s influence eradicated. If you fail, don’t bother leaving this planet.”

“I can do it!” Laurie, seeing a glimmer of hope, nodded fervently, almost kneeling down with the arena’s people.

Feng Lianzhu’s gaze swept over Laurie’s fleet and said indifferently, “I told you, there was no need to bring so many people. It makes no difference how many there are; it’s a waste.”

In his nonchalant demeanor lay an unmatched power.
